Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Consultant to join our dynamic Information Technology team in Memphis, TN. This role is crucial for optimizing our enterprise resource planning systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our global logistics and e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in system implementation, configuration, and support, driving efficiency and innovation across various business functions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in the full lifecycle of ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure ERP modules to meet specific business needs and optimize system performance.
• Provide expert consultation and support to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new ERP functionalities and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform data migration, integration testing, and system validation to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Document system configurations, processes, and solutions comprehensively.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Proven experience in at least two full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, HR).
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Certified Professional).
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Project management methodology experience (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries.
