Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified professional who requires visa sponsorship to work in the United States. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning, design, and implementation of environmental projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including site investigations, remediation design, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory compliance assistance for industrial, commercial, and governmental clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site investigations, including sampling of soil, groundwater, and air, and interpret analytical data.
  • Prepare comprehensive environmental reports, including feasibility studies, remedial action plans, and regulatory compliance documents.
  • Design and implement remediation systems for contaminated sites, overseeing their installation and performance monitoring.
  • Perform environmental impact assessments for proposed development projects.
  • Provide technical support for environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and due diligence activities.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project tasks, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in environmental consulting or engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience with US environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA).
  • Proficiency in site investigation techniques, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
  • HAZWOPER 40-hour certification.
  • Experience with GIS software and environmental modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) regulations.
