Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Warehouse Staff to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations, helping us to prepare customer orders and ensure timely delivery. This is a physical, fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new inventory and materials
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) after proper training
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
