Join the Walmart team as an Entry-Level Warehouse Shipper / Receiver! You will be responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise, ensuring that products are handled safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against invoices and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Unload merchandise from trucks, either manually or using material handling equipment.
• Inspect shipments for damage and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications.
• Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
• Basic math and literacy skills to read invoices and labels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar physical labor role (even if not specific to shipping/receiving).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or scanners.
