Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Pack and label customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are protected.
- Load and unload materials from trailers, carts, and dollies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) after training.
- Adhere to production rates, quality standards, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Capable of working in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures, noise levels, and various forms of equipment.
- Basic computer literacy for scanner operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
