This is an immediate hiring opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. As a Stocker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store shelves are well-stocked, organised, and appealing to customers, contributing directly to a seamless shopping experience. This physically active role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries efficiently and safely.
• Organise and place merchandise on shelves and displays according to planograms.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and dated.
• Rotate stock to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe backroom and sales floor.
• Assist customers with product location and basic inquiries when needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support inventory counts and stock checks as required.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 25kg) regularly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus, but not essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a retail setting.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
