Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as an Entry-Level Stocker. This is a fantastic opportunity for those new to the workforce or looking for a change, as no prior experience is required. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is organized, accessible, and ready for customer fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming products and materials manually or with equipment like pallet jacks.
- Efficiently stock products in designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and labeling.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare items for shipment by picking orders, packing them securely, and applying labels.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 70 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stoop for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills to understand instructions and work within a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (training provided).
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
