Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as an Entry-Level Stocker. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming products and materials manually or with equipment like pallet jacks.
• Efficiently stock products in designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and labeling.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare items for shipment by picking orders, packing them securely, and applying labels.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 70 pounds with assistance.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stoop for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and work within a team.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (training provided).
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
