Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with products, ensuring proper rotation and placement.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide basic assistance when needed.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and according to company policy.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
