Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, racks, and displays with products, ensuring proper rotation and placement.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
• Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist customers with locating products and provide basic assistance when needed.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and according to company policy.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles.
