Key Responsibilities
- Assist producers and directors with various aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Set up, operate, and tear down production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Manage and organize production assets, equipment, and studio space.
- Run errands and provide general administrative support to the production team.
- Facilitate communication between crew members and other departments.
- Assist with script preparation, talent coordination, and set dressing.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Learn and apply new production techniques and software as required.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable transportation to the work site.
- Ability to lift and move production equipment (up to 30 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Some basic knowledge of video production concepts or equipment.
- Experience with media software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
