Key Responsibilities

  • Format and prepare internal and external newsletters using content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Ensure all newsletters adhere to NAB's brand guidelines, style guides, and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to gather and incorporate content.
  • Proofread and quality-check newsletter drafts for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and visual consistency.
  • Manage image assets, ensuring they are optimized for digital distribution.
  • Assist with scheduling, testing, and deployment of newsletters.
  • Maintain an organised library of newsletter templates and assets.
  • Provide administrative support to the Communications team as needed.
