Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and solutions in the IT service management system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT specialists or relevant teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Participate in IT asset management activities, including inventory tracking and equipment deployment.
- Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and applications.
- Adhere to IT security policies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and network fundamentals.
- Proficiency in operating systems, particularly Windows 10/11.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
