Job Description

Ogilvy is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Entry-Level Influencer Outreach Assistant to join our growing team in Arlington, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about social media, digital trends, and building relationships, ready to kickstart their career in the fast-paced world of marketing and communications. You will support our influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with strategists to identify, engage, and manage relationships with key online personalities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers, content creators, and thought leaders across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs) for client campaigns.
• Assist in creating comprehensive influencer lists based on campaign objectives, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.
• Draft compelling outreach emails and communications to prospective influencers.
• Support the negotiation and contracting process with influencers.
• Monitor influencer content to ensure brand guidelines and campaign objectives are met.
• Track and report on campaign performance, gathering data on influencer reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Maintain accurate records of influencer communications and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (account managers, creative, strategy) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and influencer landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
