Job Description

Edelman Vancouver is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Entry-Level Influencer Outreach Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual looking to start their career in public relations and marketing, specifically focusing on the fast-paced world of influencer marketing. You will provide crucial support to our client teams by assisting in the identification, engagement, and management of influencer relationships for various campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for social media and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify relevant influencers, content creators, and thought leaders across various social media platforms aligned with client brand objectives.
• Assist in drafting outreach emails, messages, and communication materials to potential influencers.
• Support the coordination of influencer campaigns, including scheduling posts, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines.
• Maintain and update influencer databases and contact lists accurately.
• Monitor influencer content and campaign performance, compiling initial reports and summaries.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to influencer programs, such as contract management and payment processing support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities in the influencer marketing space.
• Collaborate closely with internal account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A strong portfolio or personal presence on social media demonstrating understanding of content creation.
