Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and courteously.
- Set up dining tables/trays in guest rooms according to established standards of presentation.
- Present guest checks, collect payment, and process transactions accurately.
- Clear used dishes, glassware, and serving items from guest rooms in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service pantry and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide a personalized and memorable dining experience for every guest.
