We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Entry-Level Hotel Night Receptionist to join our vibrant team in Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously during night shifts.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records with high attention to detail.
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily accounts and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Monitor hotel security systems, respond to alarms, and ensure the safety and well-being of guests and property.
- Assist guests with special requests, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area throughout your shift.
- Handle emergency situations with calm, professionalism, and adherence to established protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
