No prior experience is required – we are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for teamwork. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs efficiently, helping to prepare high-quality dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation under the guidance of chefs, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and cleaning equipment.
• Support the culinary team during service by ensuring all necessary ingredients and utensils are readily available.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and stock control.
• Dispose of waste appropriately and manage recycling efforts.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and report any shortages to the kitchen management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the efficient running of the kitchen.
