Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Hotel Front Desk Clerk in Reno, Nevada. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Efficiently perform guest check-ins and check-outs, accurately processing payments and room assignments.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, providing information and assistance.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions/dining options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, food service).
