Job Description

No prior hotel experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, assist with guest inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage reservations effectively
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation
  • Handle wake-up call requests and special guest services
