Job Description
We are seeking motivated and diligent Entry-Level Factory & Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team at our facilities in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in a world-renowned manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our production and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials and finished products. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials within the factory and warehouse.
- Prepare products and materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after receiving appropriate training.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures diligently.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects up to 20kg.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environment (even if brief).
- Basic knowledge of German language is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Forklift operator certification (advantageous, but training can be provided).
