Join Huntsman Corporation as an Entry-Level Factory Production Worker at our Salt Lake City facility. We are seeking motivated and diligent individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing, with no prior experience required. As an integral part of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring processes, and ensuring the quality of our products. Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes, gauges, and controls, reporting any irregularities, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards and safety protocols.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those related to health, safety, and environmental protection.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to manufacturing operations.

• Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting.
• Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
