Job Description

You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards and efficiently prepared for shipment. Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision, following standard operating procedures.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and quality checks on products accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and finished products from trucks or containers, ensuring safe handling.
• Move materials within the warehouse using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after proper training.
• Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and other general labor tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively as part of a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25kg regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and understanding English).
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong, positive work ethic and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting (though not required, it is a plus).
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in an industrial environment.
• Forklift certification or experience (if applicable, or a willingness to obtain certification).
