Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, sales support).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM).
  • Basic understanding of enterprise software or SaaS business models.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required for this English-speaking role.
