Job Description
Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Personio is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Customer Success Representative to join our growing team in Munich. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their journey with Personio, ensuring they maximize the value of our HR software, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth and successful initial experience with Personio's software.
- Proactively engage with a portfolio of SMB customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and new releases to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and support to help customers achieve their HR objectives.
- Monitor customer health and identify potential risks or opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally to influence product development.
- Contribute to the creation of customer success resources and training materials.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
- High level of empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, volunteer work).
- Familiarity with HR processes or software.
- Additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, French) are a plus, but not required.
