Join the UCHealth Facilities Services team as an Entry-Level Custodial Services Worker. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to start a career in facilities management within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff, directly contributing to the well-being and recovery of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming various areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, patient rooms, offices, and common areas in accordance with established health and safety protocols.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Operate and maintain basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all UCHealth policies and procedures, including infection control guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to schedules and complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
Required Skills
