Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cleaners / Janitors. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with no prior experience in cleaning, as comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and communal spaces.
- Wipe down surfaces, windows, and fixtures.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
