Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Bug Reporting Assistant to join our dynamic team in Leipzig. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately reproduce reported bugs and identify steps to consistently trigger the defect.
- Document bug reports with clear, concise, and detailed information, including steps to reproduce, actual results, expected results, and environmental details.
- Utilize bug tracking tools to manage the lifecycle of identified defects.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and product managers to clarify bug details and ensure effective resolution.
- Perform basic functional testing to verify bug fixes and regressions.
- Maintain organized records of all testing activities and results.
- Contribute to the improvement of bug reporting processes and documentation.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
