You will assume a crucial role in identifying, meticulously documenting, and efficiently tracking software defects to ensure our valued customers consistently receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

• Execute pre-defined test cases and accurately identify software defects across various platforms, including web, mobile applications, and TV interfaces.
• Clearly and concisely document newly discovered bugs using established bug tracking systems, ensuring to include comprehensive steps to reproduce, anticipated results, and actual observed results.
• Verify bug fixes diligently and ensure that all implemented solutions resolve the reported issues correctly and without introducing new problems.
• Collaborate effectively with developers and other QA engineers to gain a thorough understanding of product requirements and the potential impact of identified defects.
• Provide regular, concise updates on testing progress, bug status, and any critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of robust and relevant test data for various testing scenarios.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
• Basic foundational understanding of how software applications and digital platforms function.

• A natural aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• A-levels or an equivalent secondary education qualification.
• Any personal or academic experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Trello) for projects or studies.
• Familiarity with different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) and web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
• A demonstrable and genuine interest in technology, gaming, digital media, or telecommunications.
