Job Description
Join the team at Ford Motor Company as an Entry-Level Assembly Line Worker at our Louisville Assembly Plant. Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks on the production line, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble vehicle components accurately.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality defects and report any issues immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.

- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, twisting, and reaching movements.
