Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general farm and facility maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of equipment and grounds.
- Support planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities for various crops as needed.
- Participate in the care and feeding of livestock, ensuring animal welfare and health standards are met.
- Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision, adhering to safety protocols.
- Help with loading, unloading, and moving agricultural products and supplies.
- Monitor crop and animal health, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and observations.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and agricultural best practices.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
