Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable English-speaking Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Munich, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in logistics with no prior experience. Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, sorting, and storing incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
• Picking and packing orders precisely according to specifications for dispatch.
• Operating various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided).
• Performing thorough quality checks on products to ensure standards are met.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Assisting with inventory management, stock counts, and other related warehouse tasks.
• Adhering strictly to all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Good physical condition and capability to lift and move objects up to 20kg regularly.
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic German language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
• Previous experience, even minimal, in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational setting.
• Possession of a forklift operator license (training will be offered if you do not have one).
