Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to daily orders.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg repeatedly.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Experience using a pallet jack or similar equipment (not mandatory, training provided).
- Basic German language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
