Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused English-Speaking Tourism & Travel Specialist to join our vibrant team in Hamburg. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional service to our diverse international clientele. You will be instrumental in designing bespoke travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers from inquiry to return. This position requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at cross-cultural communication, without requiring German language proficiency for daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize travel itineraries and packages tailored to client preferences and budgets.
- Manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel products, and visa requirements to an international client base.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve travel-related issues, and provide timely and effective support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, industry regulations, and TUI's product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Process payments and manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience in the tourism or travel industry.
