Job Description

TUI Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused English-Speaking Tourism & Travel Specialist to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international clientele, providing expert advice, planning bespoke travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless holiday bookings. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong command of English, a deep understanding of global travel destinations, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for English-speaking clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
- Design and book comprehensive travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and ground transportation.
- Provide expert advice on various international destinations, travel regulations, visa requirements, and cultural nuances.
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and accurately using internal systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and TUI product offerings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Required Skills
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality role.
- In-depth knowledge of popular international travel destinations and tourist attractions.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Additional language skills (especially German, but not required) are an asset.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with TUI products and services.
