Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs and recommending suitable Apple products and services.
• Provide expert knowledge on all Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watch, and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and enthusiastically to potential buyers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist customers with product setup and initial troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall store performance.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches, features, and company policies.

Required Skills

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
