Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused English-Speaking Retail Assistant to join our team in Munich. Fluency in English is essential, and no German language skills are strictly required for this specific role, though they are always a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, assisting with product inquiries and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and courteously.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging, and organizing stock.
- Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
