Job Description

Join SAP SE, a global leader in enterprise software, as an English Speaking Remote Customer Service Representative. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience with SAP’s innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, and chat for a range of SAP products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior support engineers when necessary.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices to maximize their usage of SAP solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying common customer pain points and suggesting solutions.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
