Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert travel advice and tailor-made travel solutions to English-speaking clients worldwide.
- Handle all aspects of client bookings, including flights, accommodations, transfers, activities, and travel insurance.
- Utilize various booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destination knowledge, and TUI Group product offerings.
- Process payments, manage cancellations, and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry (e.g., travel agency, tour operator, airline).
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of popular international travel destinations and current travel trends.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and CRM software.
