Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated English-Speaking Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team at Hilton Hamburg. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments, manage reservations, and assign rooms according to guest preferences and hotel availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages as needed.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
