Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English-Speaking Hotel & Hospitality Staff to join our dynamic team in Munich. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a world-renowned hospitality environment. No German language skills are required for this role, as English will be your primary language of communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service and assistance with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with various hotel operations, including front desk, concierge, food & beverage service, or housekeeping support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting hotel environment.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and quality standards of the hotel.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting (e.g., front desk, F&B, guest services).
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus, though not required.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, OnQ).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certifications or vocational training are a bonus.
