Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English-speaking Hospitality Professional to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for service, an exceptional eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to a world-class luxury brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests receive unparalleled service and will play a key role in upholding Jumeirah’s reputation for excellence. Visa sponsorship will be provided for eligible international candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest relations, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within designated areas.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support operational needs as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin).
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
