Job Description
Join DHL Express in Munich as an English-Speaking Delivery & Courier Driver. We are seeking motivated individuals to be the face of our company, ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages and documents across the city. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver and collect packages and documents to and from customers within designated routes in Munich.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.
- Verify accuracy of shipment details and obtain proper signatures upon delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues.
- Handle cash and process electronic payments as required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and good working order of company vehicle.
Required Skills
- Valid German driving license (Class B or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 kg.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of navigating with GPS systems.
