Job Description

Are you fluent in English and looking for a dynamic role in customer service? Teleperformance Germany is seeking dedicated English-Speaking Call Center Agents to join our vibrant team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients’ customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience. No German language skills are required for this specific position, making it an excellent opportunity for English-only speakers residing in or looking to relocate to Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and process requests related to products or services.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
