Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused English-Speaking Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. This role is perfect for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a natural ability to connect with people, and a desire to provide outstanding support to our international clients. As an English-Speaking Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience, all in English. No prior knowledge of German is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English with professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
