Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and English-speaking individuals to join our Airport Ground Staff team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Airport Ground Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ground services, contributing directly to passenger satisfaction and flight punctuality. Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures.
- Operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently as required.
- Guide aircraft on the tarmac and assist with pushback procedures.
- Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft, adhering to safety protocols.
- Marshal aircraft safely to and from parking stands.
- Perform cabin cleaning and aircraft grooming services.
- Ensure compliance with all airport safety and security regulations.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate with flight crews, air traffic control, and other airport personnel.
- Handle unexpected situations and emergencies with calm and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy luggage (up to 23kg).
