Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Energy Program Specialist to join our team in Stamford, CT. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing energy efficiency programs, promoting sustainable energy practices, and engaging with various stakeholders to achieve energy conservation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of energy efficiency and demand-side management programs.
- Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, customer service, and regulatory teams to ensure program alignment and success.
- Provide technical assistance, guidance, and educational resources to customers, contractors, and community organizations on energy conservation strategies.
- Ensure all programs comply with state and federal energy regulations, utility mandates, and internal policies.
- Identify and research new opportunities for energy innovation, renewable energy integration, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet program objectives.
