Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Economist to join our dynamic team in Louisville, Kentucky. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth macroeconomic research and analysis on global and regional economic trends, monetary policy, and fiscal developments.

- Prepare detailed economic reports, presentations, and briefings for internal stakeholders, including senior management and client-facing teams.
- Assess the impact of economic policies, regulatory changes, and geopolitical events on financial markets and business operations.

- Present findings and discuss economic outlooks with clients, investors, and industry conferences as required.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Economics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in economic research, forecasting, or financial analysis, preferably within a financial institution, central bank, or major research firm.
- Strong proficiency in econometric modeling and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Expertise in statistical software packages such as R, Python, Stata, or EViews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex economic concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to conduct independent research and deliver high-quality analytical outputs under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of global financial markets, monetary policy, and macroeconomic theory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain visa sponsorship (if applicable) and work authorization in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Economics or a related field.
- Experience with large datasets and big data analytics tools.
- Prior experience in a specific sector (e.g., banking, fixed income, equity markets).
