Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Nogales, AZ. This vital role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities, fostering a positive classroom environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for working with children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and challenges.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Adhere to all licensing requirements, health, and safety regulations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.
Required Skills

- Previous experience working in a licensed childcare facility or preschool setting
- Knowledge of Arizona state licensing regulations for childcare.
