As a Driver Helper, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring packages are delivered efficiently and safely to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist UPS drivers with the delivery and pickup of packages in residential and commercial areas.
• Carry packages from the truck to the customer's door or business.
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all company safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with recipients.
• Work efficiently and effectively with the driver to ensure timely completion of routes.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages that may weigh up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands, including walking, bending, lifting, and carrying for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a physically demanding role or outdoor work.
• Familiarity with the Scottsdale, AZ area.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
