Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure management of our extensive documentation, both digital and physical. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global leader from your home office. While a degree is not required, a strong aptitude for organization, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with document management systems are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, classify, and archive physical and electronic documents according to established procedures and policies.

  • Process document requests, retrieve information, and distribute materials to authorized personnel.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document management best practices and new system functionalities.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate document submission.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on document management processes and tools.
