Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to our valued customers across various locations in Dubai. This role requires excellent time management, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to navigate diverse routes efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to deliver packages to designated locations.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery contents and ensure packages are in excellent condition upon delivery.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle)
- Clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai's roads and traffic regulations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver in the UAE
- Familiarity with handheld delivery devices and logistics software
